Celebrity Real Estate: Katy Perry to Sell Penthouse Once Shared with Russell Brand

In 2010, pop singer Katy Perry and her soon-to-be-ex-husband, the comedian and actor Russell Brand, spent $2.75M for a 1,500-square-foot duplex penthouse amid Tribeca's most coveted cobblestones on North Moore Street. The high-ceilinged, terraced apartment has yet to hit the open market, but Curbed NY has dredged up these old listing photos that show exposed beams and a funky, cramped master "suite" on the second level.
