Photo: Daily Mail China's building spree has been so prolific lately that they seem to be tiring of steel, glass, brick, and mortar. For the second time in three months, the Chinese have constructed a miniature city out of ice, complete with accurate historic architectural details and, for some unknown reason, a neon lighting scheme. The Yangqing Ice Festival, held in honor of the Lunar New Year, includes, in typical Chinese fashion, competitions in ice skating, skiing and ice carving.
