New director for the Glass House
The owner of the Glass House, the National Trust for Historic Preservation, has announced that architect Henry Urbach will become the new director of the Philip Johnson–designed historic site on April 2.The Stamford Times’s Leslie Lake reports that in 1997 Urbach founded Henry Urbach Architecture, a New York-based gallery with the aim of joining contemporary art and experimental architecture.
